Presentation Conditions
- It is planed to have in each session 3 speakers and one chairman.
- 20 min. time will be given to each speaker to present his own papers.
- For each paper 10 min. additional time for discussions will be given.
- Simultanous interpretation will be provided in turkish-english-german during the symposium, According to this the papers has to be presented in one of these languages and also be submitted written in one of these mentioned languages.
- The speakers have to submitt their final written presentations to HÜSAM latest 15 June 2009.
- While preparing the papers problems determined to immigration and accordance , solution focused and constructive contributed characters should be taken into consideration.
- Accomodation and transfer costs of the speakers whose papers are accepted will be covered by the symposium.
- Participants who submit papers and session chairmans will be stay at the Bilkent Hotel.
- There is no registration fee at the symposium.
